Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, website form, or in-person. Walk-ins are accepted but priority is given to scheduled appointments.
Cancellation: Please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled time to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a nominal fee (â‚ą100) after the third occurrence.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or accommodate you based on availability.
Consultation fees, diagnostic tests (OCT, visual field, fundus photo), and surgical packages are clearly displayed at the clinic reception and provided during booking. Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards. Insurance claims are processed as per policy terms; patients are responsible for any non-covered amounts. All fees are non-refundable once a service has been rendered.
